Please join the Ashford Lions Club Team in our fundraising efforts for the Alabama Kidney Foundation's Kidney Walk! The Alabama Kidney Foundation is the only state-based organization dedicated to assisting kidney patients through financial assistance, education and support services. The annual Kidney Walks make it possible for the Foundation to provide assistance to patients in need.
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) leading risk factors are Diabetes and High Blood Pressure. More than 1 in 7 US adults are estimated to have CKD. It is estimated that 9 in 10 adults with CKD DO NOT KNOW they have it. Help us raise donations and awareness about Kidney Disease.
