Though your continued support, so many kidney patients have been blessed beyond measure by your kindness and generosity. It is only by your efforts, that the support you give to Team OMEGA provides Financial Assistance for transportation assistance to patients who need help with the high cost of travel to dialysis treatments and transplant-related appointments as well as providing assistance to help patients meet basic daily living needs.

Your funds also support our educational efforts because kidney disease touches all backgrounds and ages; and in its early stages, has no noticeable symptoms. This is why our educational efforts are so important. We address three community needs: patient education, public education and organ donation awareness.
