Please join the Alabama Kidney Foundation on Saturday, May 11, 2024, for its annual Alabama Kidney Walk at John Carroll Catholic High School. Join us as we honor the memory of my sweet uncle, Glenn McFall, and most importantly, CELEBRATE the lives of two incredibly special people: my little cousin Mac Cooper, and his amazing cousin Ivy Gwin, who selflessly donated one of her own kidneys to Mac, to ensure this little boy has a bright, happy future. Not everyone is fortunate enough to have the resources - whether they be a loving family/support network, or the financial means - this little boy has, but together we can make a difference in the lives of others. What better gift is there to give than the gift of hope and a better quality of life? This is about so much more than raising funds - it is about raising awareness, honoring those who have already walked down this often lonely, frustrating and worrisome road, and helping those in need.
