Welcome to The Kidney Beans. Join us as we walk to honor our friend and teammate, Stephanie. Stephanie's close friend had battled kidney disease for over a decade when she decided she could help. Even though Stephanie was not a match for her friend, she was able to enroll in the Kidney Paired Exchange Program which matches donors to recipients. Eventually a match was found and Stephanie donated a kidney to a person in need and in exchange, that person's friend donated a kidney to Stephanie's friend. Two lives were saved that day through a single selfless act. 

The Kidney Beans walk to honor this gift and Stephanie for the sacrifice. Join us in raising awareness and support for kidney patients in Alabama. Join our team, we'd love to have you.
